    A: We have a high volume of daily emails and can take up to 24 hours to respond, but we do not guarantee a quick response.

     

    5)      Q: Do you do wholesale?

    A: NO

     

    6)      Q: Do you REFUND?

    A: No, We only provide exchanges for the same item. (See full exchange policy below)

     

    7)      Q: My exchange still did not fit can I get a 2nd exchange?

    A: No, We only provide 1 time exchange for the same item .

     

    8)      Q: What is the best size for me?

    A:  All of our items have a size chart online and we recommend you take your time to review.

     

    9)  Q: How do your sizes run?

    A:  Our products are 100% manufactured and made in Colombia and run small We recommend you order according to your fitted shirt size for tightest cinch , or use our size chart and choose the closest size to your measurements.

     

    10)  Q: What are your prices?

    A:  All product prices are online. All prices listed are subject to change

     

    11)  Q:  I selected the wrong size, color and/or style etc. can it be changed before shipping?

    A:  No, Due to us having a high demand we are not able to make changes before orders are shipped. (PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SIZE YOU HAVE CHOSEN IS THE CORRECT SIZE FOR YOU, COLOR & STYLE ONCE YOU SELECT CHECKOUT THE ENTIRE SELECTED ITEM IS WHAT WILL BE SHIPPED).

     

    12)  Q: I placed my order and made a mistake on the shipping address can you change it before it shipped?

    A:  No, We do not have access to the billing system and You will need to call Pay Pal 1-888-221-1161 we will not change shipping addresses your order will ship to the address submitted.

     

    13)  Q: I received the incorrect item or size from Kiss Kiss Couture?

    A: Contact customer service at 404-490-0064 or email us at service@kisskisscouture.com you have 3 business days to contact us.

     

    15)  Q: The item I ordered is irritating my skin, what should I do ?

    A:  You are allergic to latex, discontinue to use the item as indicated on the item insert packing, we will not issue a refund or replace an item due to allergic reactions you have encountered.

     

     

    NOTE:  IF YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTED ITEM YOU HAVE 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED (NOT 30-60 DAYS) TO CONTACT US VIA EMAIL (service@kisskisscouture.com OR PHONE ( 404-490-0064)

    WE WILL REPLACE THE ITEM WITH A NEW ONE, SAME ITEM , SAME SIZE, STYLE & COLOR.
